Questions
Does it split on physical lines?
No. It parses CSV records before splitting, so a quoted cell containing a line break is kept in one record. Each part has at most the selected number of data rows.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript in your browser. No account is needed.
What are the limits?
Input is limited to 25 MB and 200,000 cells. The tool creates at most 1,000 output files. Increase the rows per file if you reach that limit. Text input is limited to 25 MB and tables to 200,000 cells.
