Refunds and Cancellation
Effective 8 October 2026.
- You can cancel at any time in Gumroad, and you keep access until the end of the year you've paid for.
- You can get a refund if you ask within 14 days of any purchase or renewal.
- Files you've downloaded can be kept and used under the Content License after your membership ends.
How memberships are billed
A membership costs US$19.85 per year and renews automatically each year until you cancel. Gumroad, Inc. sells it as merchant of record: Gumroad takes the payment, issues receipts, collects and remits sales tax and VAT, and handles renewals and cancellations.
Canceling
Cancel in Gumroad, in either of these ways:
- Open your most recent Gumroad receipt for Sheet Reserve, choose Manage membership (on some receipts, Subscription settings), then choose Cancel membership.
- If you have a Gumroad account, sign in, open your Gumroad Library, select the membership, choose Manage membership, then choose Cancel membership.
Gumroad's help article How do I cancel my membership? has the current steps. If you get stuck, email us.
After you cancel:
- you won't be charged again;
- your access continues until the end of the year you've paid for; and
- files you've already downloaded can still be used under the Content License.
Canceling stops future payments. It doesn't refund the current year; for that, see the next section.
Deleting your Sheet Reserve account doesn't cancel your membership in Gumroad. Cancel in Gumroad first, then delete your account on your account page if you want to.
Refunds within 14 days
You can get a refund for a purchase or a renewal if you ask within 14 days of that payment.
To ask for one:
- Email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment.
- Include the email address your Gumroad receipt was sent to, or the Gumroad sale ID.
We process the refund through Gumroad, which returns the money to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Your access to the library ends when the refund is processed. To make sure you aren't charged again, also cancel the membership in Gumroad. You can do that before or after you ask for the refund.
After 14 days
Outside the 14-day window, payments aren't refundable, except:
- where the law requires a refund; or
- where we end your membership without cause, in which case we refund the unused part of the year you paid for.
If we end a membership because of a serious or repeated breach of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy, such as scraping, account sharing or fraud, the remaining time isn't refunded, except where the law requires it.
EU and UK withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU and the UK usually have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, but different rules apply to digital content and services once you've started using them. When you buy a membership, you ask for immediate access to the library and acknowledge that this affects your statutory right of withdrawal.
Our own 14-day refund applies regardless. You can still ask for your money back within 14 days of any purchase or renewal, as described above.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law, for example if a file is faulty or not as described.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before you dispute a payment with your bank or card provider. Once a payment is disputed, it goes through Gumroad's dispute process instead of our refund process. Filing a false chargeback breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
