Copyright and Notices

Sheet Reserve is a personal project of Yunus Emre Vurgun. Apart from the third-party software and fonts listed below, he owns its site design, code, text, templates, compilations and documentation. They're protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use the files you download under the Content License. Otherwise, please don't copy or reuse this material without permission, except as the law allows.
Trademarks
"Sheet Reserve" and the Sheet Reserve logo are trademarks of Yunus Emre Vurgun. You may use the name to refer to the service accurately, for example when you credit a template or link to the site, but not in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or are connected with you or your product.
Other names that appear on the site, such as Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers, LibreOffice, Google, Gumroad and Cloudflare, are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to describe file compatibility or the services we use, and this doesn't imply any endorsement.
Data from public sources
Datasets on Sheet Reserve include data from public sources such as the World Bank, NASA POWER and Natural Earth. The figures remain under their sources' licenses. Data sources lists every source, and the Content License explains how those licenses work alongside our rights in the compiled files.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on Sheet Reserve infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright". Your notice should include:
- identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the URL of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We'll review the notice and, where appropriate, remove the material or disable access to it. If someone other than us is responsible for the material, we'll let them know and send them a copy of the notice.
Counter-notices
If material you're responsible for was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, and you believe that happened by mistake or because the material was misidentified, you can send a counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line "Copyright". It should include:
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and where it appeared before;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled by mistake or because it was misidentified;
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Sheet Reserve may be found, and that you'll accept service of process from the person who sent the original complaint or their agent; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid counter-notice, we'll send a copy to the person who sent the original complaint. Unless they tell us that they've filed a court action to stop the activity, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we received the counter-notice.
Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright, including people who repeatedly redistribute files from Sheet Reserve.
False notices
Knowingly making false statements in a notice or counter-notice can make you liable for damages.
