Questions
Will this change spaces inside names?
No. Only leading and trailing whitespace is trimmed. Internal spaces, punctuation, and letter case stay as supplied.

No. The file is read and processed by JavaScript in your browser. No account is needed.
What are the limits?
Trimming is intentional data editing. Disable it when spaces at the edges of a value carry meaning. No dates or numbers are inferred. Text input is limited to 25 MB and tables to 200,000 cells.
