What does this template do?

List supplier bills with partial payments, remaining balances, and days until their due dates.

Remaining payable equals bill amount less payments. Days until due equals due date less the editable review date in B7; negative values identify past-due bills.

This lists obligations and timing. It does not automatically schedule bank transfers or apply early-payment discounts.

The working tab keeps editable inputs separate from formulas, with room for 60 records. The Notes tab explains the method and how to extend the range. All example records are fictional and can be replaced. Download a workbook format to retain formulas, or CSV when you need calculated values only.
