What happens when my Sheet Reserve membership ends?

Short answer

Downloads stop, but nothing you already have is taken away. If you cancel in Gumroad, access continues until the end of the year you paid for, then new downloads stop until you renew. Files you already downloaded stay yours to keep using under the license terms. Previews remain visible, and the two free sheets stay available to a verified account.

A Sheet Reserve membership is a yearly Gumroad membership at US$19.85 per year. It ends in one of two ways: you cancel and the paid year runs out, or you ask for a refund. The two cases differ, so they are covered separately below.

If you cancel

You can cancel at any time from Gumroad. The link is in your Gumroad receipt and in your Gumroad library. Canceling stops further renewals.

Canceling does not cut access off straight away:

  1. Access continues until the end of the year you have already paid for.
  2. After that date, downloads stop until you renew.
  3. Once you renew, downloads work again.

Billing, receipts and tax or VAT are all handled by Gumroad, which is the merchant of record. Sheet Reserve never sees your card details.

What you keep

Files you already downloaded stay yours to keep using under the license terms. That includes using them in personal and commercial work, modifying them, and sharing what you make with them. It does not include reselling or redistributing the files themselves. The full terms are on the license page, and using files commercially has a plain-language summary.

A downloaded workbook is an ordinary spreadsheet file on your computer. You can open, edit and keep using it in your spreadsheet program, and it does not depend on the membership being active.

What you lose

Once the paid year is over and you have not renewed:

  • New downloads from the library stop, in every format.
  • Sheets added to the library after that point are not available to you.

If you ask for a refund

Refunds are available on request within 14 days of a purchase or renewal. Email [email protected]. A refunded membership loses download access, so unlike a cancellation, there is no remaining time on the paid year. The refunds page has the full policy.

Renewing

Downloads resume when you renew. After a renewal, check the Account page: paste the license key from your Gumroad receipt, or use "Find my purchase" if the purchase email matches your verified account email. The pricing page shows the current price.
